Sessions will be led by our trusted, Certified Prepare Enrich® facilitators, Daire Harty, Lisa Santandrea, or Alexandra Smith. Couples will be assigned a facilitator based on availability and chosen dates. Once you purchase ONE ticket, this will cover your six sessions, and dates will be choses together with you and your Prepare Enrich Facilitator.

Bringing Baby Home® Workshop
Bringing Baby Home® is a research-based workshop designed to help couples navigate the transition to parenthood with greater connection, confidence, and understanding. Created through decades of longitudinal research at the Gottman Institute, this program offers practical, evidence-based tools to support both your relationship and your growing family.
Designed for expectant and new parents, this workshop focuses on strengthening communication, enhancing conflict management skills, and preparing couples for the emotional and developmental changes that come with welcoming a baby.
We offer this experience in two formats:

- Full Workshop: Six sessions (or an immersive two-day format), offering 12+ hours of comprehensive content
- Condensed Workshop: Three sessions, totaling approximately six hours
