Adolescent Mental Health 101:
A Parent’s Guide to Mood, Anxiety, and Behavior Changes

Monday, March 2, 2026 |7:00 - 8:00 PM
Zoom | $25

In this 1-hour virtual workshop, we move beyond “behavior management” to explore the science behind the teen years. Learn how brain development, dopamine, and hormonal shifts shape adolescent behavior—and how to balance independence with healthy boundaries.
You’ll gain tools to recognize when extra support is needed and how to stay connected with your teen through curiosity, science, and compassion during this pivotal stage of growth.
Facilitated by Alexandra Smith, AMFT & APCC, who has extensive experience supporting adolescents and their families through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, identity, and neurodiversity. She helps families build understanding, navigate transitions, and foster lasting connection.
