In this salon, we’ll explore ways to balance old traditions with new ones, manage family expectations, and create moments of comfort for both you and your children. Together, we’ll share strategies for navigating gatherings, supporting kids through mixed emotions, and finding small practices of self-care during a busy and tender season. |

December Salon: Closing the Year with Reflection and HopeHonoring the past, holding grief, and creating space for renewal. As the year comes to a close, this salon offers a space to pause and reflect. We’ll talk about ways to honor your partner’s memory, recognize your own resilience, and help children welcome the year ahead with hope. Through gentle reflection, rituals, and visioning practices, we’ll create space for both grief and joy as we move into a new chapter together. |

Bringing Baby Home® (BBH) by a Gottman Educator
A Virtual Couples Workshop: Together + Parenting a Newborn to Young Child (0-3)
- How do "we" become "three" as a family in the transition to parenthood?
- What happens to us - date night?
- How do we as a couple manage conflict to stay connected?
- Do we agree on parenting?
- How do we connect to our infant?
- What are our parenting roles?
- What about intimacy? Sex?
- Parenthood is a blessing, yet even the strongest couples are tested after bringing baby/child home. Please join us for critical conversations as you and your partner transition to parenthood!
Bringing Baby Home is a research-based workshop that teaches couples skills to navigate their relationship and support around what to expect with baby! This adult workshop is for expectant and new parents.
This six-session workshop is 12+ hours of content, supporting a couple's relationship, their communication, their conflict management skills and educating about what to expect with baby's development. The research supporting the interventions offered in this workshop are solid, from years of longitudinal research at Gottman Institute following new parents! This workshop offers couples specific skills to maintain a higher level of relationship satisfaction after becoming parents.

The Six Session Workshop series cost of $550 covers:
- A couple's (two people) registration.
- BBH Kit mailed to your address.
(Please note: If you want to avoid an Eventbrite fee, please contact us to arrange for an alternate payment option 415-335-6381). - Please be sure you both can attend all sessions.
- As the workshop is virtual, babies in arms are welcomed.
